Concrete
Avoid the ugly zebra striping affect after pressure washing. This is the common name for the zig, zag striping pattern that occurs when the pressure washed algae grows back. Similar to a freshly mowed lawn, algae grows back in the uniform motion of the pressure washing wand strokes.
This happens on most flatwork; driveways, sidewalks, pool decks and alike. Since the algae is not truly removed, the filament root system remains behind continuing to decompose and grow. Comparable to killing weeds, you want to kill from the root, simply trimming off the top leaves does not kill the weed. Our SoftWash Systems method and cleaning solutions guarantee 100% kill ratio.
